Warranty Policy

Jomard 12-Month Warranty

1. All brand new Jomard products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
3. For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's product will no longer be eligible for any services provided by Jomard.

Warranty Target Audience

1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Jomard or Jomard’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty
2. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Jomard's authorized distributors and retailers, such as  Amazon, are handled through Jomard

This Limited Warranty does not cover

1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

Claims Process

All claims to this warranty must be made through Jomard. and submitted to support@jomard.com. Proofs of purchase (i.e., invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@jomard.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Jomard within 1 years of initial purchase.

Jomard will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@jomard.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

Repair Service

For repair services, Jomard will only provide free replacement parts.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Jomard shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Jomard has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
